Two Choices of 4 Consecutive Hours of Venue Rental! Choose your 4hour rental period: 4pm - 8pm or 5pm - 9pm Venue Rental Includes: 5 Uncovered Round Tables (60in), 30 White Chiavari Chairs with Cushions, 1 uncovered 8ft Table for refreshments, 1 uncovered 6ft Table, Accent Hedge Wall, Curtain Backdrop Frame, Bluetooth Speakers, WiFi, Keyless Entry. *Rental period is TOTAL time in the facility and should be enough time for set up, event, and clean up. We do not offer prior day event set up without the purchase of additional time. **Up to 2 Additional hours may be purchased at a rate of $100/hr and covers additional facility time. More than 2 additional hours should refer to normal rental period options.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: Reschedules may be available on a case-by-case basis and are subject to facility availability. Rescheduled events forfeit the Refundable Security Deposit. Clients are allowed only one rescheduled date. Any Refunds, including the refundable security deposit, are only returned to the original form of payment unless otherwise discussed. Clients agree to communicate with the Venue Owner before initiating any bank investigations or “chargebacks”. Chargebacks for any reason will be disputed with the information listed in this agreement. 22+ Days from event date 0% Penalty on any payments made 21-15 Days from event date 100% Forfeiture of Refundable Security Deposit only 14-8 Days from event date 75% Forfeiture of all payments made 7 days - Event Date 100% Forfeiture of all payments made
